Mr. Shah, a Co-Founder and Managing Director of cyberThink Info Tech Pvt. Ltd. (CIPL), an ISO company, located in Ahmedabad, India. He did his Master of Computer Science from STEVENS, NJ, USA.

Mr. Shah has more than 20 years of IT Consulting, Project Management, Design & Development in USA as well as in India. He has traveled worldwide and has great exposure in Telecom industry, IT industry, Textile industry, as well as Health Care Industry. He has given many Seminars / Presentations and Editorials to technical and non-technical people in India as well as in USA.

He took over the leadership of Textile Company as Sr. G.M. (IT) in India where he headed the IT department. He worked for twelve years in Bellcore, USA as a senior technical and management positions. He has gained immense experience in Programming, System Analysis, System Design, Database Administration, Project Management, and Technical Consultancy during his tenure with Bellcore.

Mr. Agarwal did his Bachelors of law degree from Rajasthan University and Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing Management from Punjab University.

Mr. Agarwal has marketing and operations background. He has over 30 years of experience in marketing of automobile tyres (Apollo Tyres), chemicals (DCM) & textiles (JCT). He has worked in telecom, ISP & IT sector. He has managed large operations in paging (Pagelink) & mobile services with reputed MNCs such as Shinawatra Inc, Thailand, Fascel (Vodafone) and British Gas promoted broadband service.

Mr. Rakesh has overall 14 years of experience all across the globe including many MNCs. Mr. Rakesh graduated in Electronics from Gujarat University and Post Graduate degree in Computer Applications (MCA) from Gujarat University.

In India, he worked for big companies like IPCL, & Reliance. He has worked on a flagship project of Computerization of Mehsana DudhSagar Dairy, India's largest milk processing unit. He relocated to USA in 1996 and worked with United Guaranty, a subsidiary of AIG. He was involved in the On-Line Mortgage System (UG-MI-Guide). He was responsible for the implementation of Insurance industry standard of scoring at UG. He played as the key member of the team to implement the first international system when UG ventured into Hong Kong for MI Business and received the “Going Above and beyond” award in that project. Rakesh joined Volvo in 2002 & worked as Sr. Developer and Architect for Volvo Trucks North America, a subsidiary of Volvo AB Sweden. He was instrumental in Volvo's on-line dealer system (TruckMatch-2). Rakesh through his technology expertise and dedication managed different teams in Volvo.

He worked in all phases of SDLC and managed projects quality, which should be completed within the stipulated time and budget. India is “growing fast” & as native of India, he moved back to India in 2006 and joined CIPL as a “senior management team” where, he is handling the software division of CIPL.

Mr. Badrakiya has over fourteen years of total experience in IT, ITES & communications domain. He has been associated with CIPL since 2004 & has played an important role in development of BPO division, which provides back-office, Sales & Recruiting support to US office. He has expertise in handling & increasing productivity of back end operations, ensuring & adhering to laid down norms & achieving customer satisfaction.

Prior to CIPL, Mr. Badrakiya worked with NIIT Center in a capacity of Technical Head, responsible for Technical arena of operations.

Mr. Badrakiya has done Diploma in Electronics & Radio Engineering (DERE) and Bachelors of Computer Applications (BCA).

Kalpit did his Masters in Commerce as well as Bachelor in Law degree from Gujarat University. He has a degree of Bachelor in Tally Accounting Software.

Kalpit is handling Finance and BPO Accounts divisions in CIPL. He has more than 11 years of experience in Finance and Accounts.

Prior to CIPL, he was associated with big companies like Wagh Bakri Tea, Dealerships of Honda cars and General Motors. He worked in one of the project of USAID with Friends of Women World Banking, India.
