Mr. Agarwal has marketing and operations background. He has over 30 years of experience in marketing of automobile tyres (Apollo Tyres), chemicals (DCM) & textiles (JCT). He has worked in telecom, ISP & IT sector. He has managed large operations in paging (Pagelink) & mobile services with reputed MNCs such as Shinawatra Inc, Thailand, Fascel (Vodafone) and British Gas promoted broadband service.
Chirag Parikh-

has more than 15 years of experience in
IT services, product development and Outsourcing.
He is responsible for Sales and business
development.
Prior to joining Cyberthink, Chirag
worked as account manager for Large
IT outsourcing companies. He has worked
with Fortune 500 clients managing large
accounts with more than USD 10 million
in revenues. He had been responsible
for relationship management, business
development and delivery covering ERP,
Web technologies, EDI, PLM, custom application
development and support. He has significant
background in outsourcing and offshore
development.
Chirag holds Bachelors degree in Engineering
from M. S. University and M.B.A from
Sardar Patel University.
Hitendra Badrakia-
Senior Manager– Business Devlopment
Hitendra
has done is Bachelors in Computer
Applications and Diploma in Electronics
& Radio Engineering. He is assisting
in HR, training and business development.
Hitendra has over 17 years of overall
experience in ITES, IT and telecom
domain. He has strong expertise
in handing & increasing productivity
of back end operations, ensuring
& adhering to laid down norms
& ensuring customer satisfaction.
He has played an instrumental role
in setting up off-shore Sales, Recruiting
and Back Office divisions in CIPL.
Prior to CIPL, he was associated
with NIIT education center and esteemed
telecom giants like Microwave Communications
Ltd. (Pagelink) and Tata Telecom.
Kalpit
did Masters in Commerce, Post Graduation in
Taxation as well as Bachelor in Law degree
from Gujarat University. He has a degree of
Bachelor in Tally Accounting Software and
also studied Quickbooks from Middlesex County
College NJ USA.
Kalpit is handling Finance and BPO Account
divisions in CIPL. He has more than 15 years
of experience in Finance and Accounts in
ITES, FMCG, Manufacturing, Banking, Micro-Finance
and Multinational Car Dealerships.
Prior to CIPL, he was associated with Gujarat
Tea Processors & Packers Limited (WaghBakri
Tea), Dealerships of Honda cars and General
Motors. He worked at USAID with Friends
of Women World Banking, India (An affiliate
