The client is a reputed fusion jewelry merchant with collections from all over the world over 30 countries. The client was very choosy on look and feel of the design. required to be ecommerce enabled for products/collection selling along with the basic features like newsletters, gift cards creation, search collection and login for members. The client wanted a user friendly administration panel to manage the collection inventory as well as the orders.
The Solution
Our creative team designed the flash based website structure to accommodate the client´s highly professional requirements. Our technical team developed a presentation layer for collection display and incorporated shopping feature for product selling. The authorize.net payment gateway was integrated for accepting the credit card payments. A robust administration panel was developed by the team to manage almost all the dynamic entities of the website. The panel allows viewing the registered users, the orders by each user. The admin can manage the existing collection and add a new collection at any time. The orders are managed as they are placed on website. The customers are notified on each update made to their orders like order processed, shipped and delivered. A simple newsletter management system under the admin panel enables the webmaster to stay connected with his target visitors. The admin can create a gift card in various varieties like the gift can be a cash discount, a percentage discount, a specific product discount or a new entrant gift. Overall our developed solution is a full fledge ecommerce enabled jewelry store which is not lacking behind in any aspect compared to a real life store in a mall.
